Building Information Model (BIM) use analysis in facilities management
Abstract
This paper presents the analysis of Building Information Model usage in Facilities Management. The main Facility Management aspects and problems are analyzed and advantages and disadvantages of Building Information Model are evaluated, opinions about BIM development and use in facilities management. The effectiveness of BIM use in the Facilities Management is analyzed with the help of SWOT analysis. The guidelines to the Facility Management company for using BIM are created.

Santrauka
Šiame straipsnyje analizuojamas statinio informacinio modelio (BIM) taikymas pastatų ūkiui valdyti. Aprašomos pastatų ūkio valdymo problemos, tikslai ir uždaviniai, vertinami statinio informacinio modelio privalumai ir trūkumai, nuomonės apie BIM plėtrą ir taikymą pastatų ūkio valdymo srityje. BIM metodikos taikymo efektyvumas pastatų ūkiui valdyti analizuojamas remiantis SSGG analize. Aprašomos statinio informacinio modelio taikymo pastatų ūkio valdymo įmonei gairės.
